What we collect

To operate ScanForge, we collect: your name and email at signup, the URLs of websites you register for scanning, scan findings we generate, and billing information processed by Stripe.

Where it lives

All ScanForge data is stored on servers located in Canada and governed by Canadian law — PIPEDA federally, and Quebec Law 25 where applicable. We do not transfer your data outside Canada.

Retention

Scan findings are retained for the duration specified in your subscription plan, then automatically deleted. Your account data is retained while your account is active, plus 90 days after cancellation.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA and Law 25 you have rights of access, correction, portability, and deletion. Email privacy@scanforge.ca to exercise any of them.
